Property was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. Easy beach access with a pool in a fun location. Lots of amenities and everything you need for a great beach trip. Host was wonderful, plenty of communication and very helpful. We were in town for a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park and it was the perfect spot. Whether you’re there for baseball or just a trip to the beach, I would highly recommend this property!

Location is amazing. We love the Sea Cabins. My husband and I have stayed in several different units. This was our favorite. The hostess has thought of all the ways to make a beach trip easy and accommodating. There a small extras that add up. For example: quality sheets and towels, coffee and creamer, beach chairs and toys, ample shampoo, conditioner, and lotion… just to name a few!!Furniture and supplies and just what is needed. Thank you.

This was the perfect spot for a quick springtime getaway. The property is clean, and easy to locate. It felt very safe and quiet. It was too chilly to use the pool, but the facilities looked nice. The private pier and beach access were wonderful and felt very safe with kiddos. Walkable to many shops, restaurants and grocery store. We would absolutely stay here again. Nikki is a fantastic host.

Great spot to enjoy IOP and the greater Charleston area. Room was perfect for family of 4 with 2 younger kids. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need and quick walk to grocery store. Love the easy beach access and pier to enjoy the sunrise/sunset. Everything was clean and ready for us and overall made for a great trip.
